We Rode OKC’s Container Rooftop Bike Park | RIVERSPORT Tour

We Rode OKC’s Container Rooftop Bike Park | RIVERSPORT Tour! Full tour of RIVERSPORT Trailhead Bike Park in Oklahoma City. This is the bike park on the river, built around a container village, a jump line, and two pump tracks. The line that makes this place different runs across the rooftop of the shipping containers, then drops back into the jump line. The OKC Thunder have a branded feature on that jump line. Everything feeds back to one big start platform. Two pump tracks on site. Velosolutions put in a 15,000-square-foot asphalt track, billed as the largest Velosolutions in the U.S.which it is not. Next to it is the Momentum fiberglass track, billed as the largest composite pump track in the U.S., plus a smaller fiberglass speed ring. There is also a mountain bike skills course. Honest note on the asphalt: the layout is excellent, but the surface has been painted and topped and it is starting to break up. It still rides. It would be a different park with fresh asphalt. The expanded park opened October 4, 2024. About a $1.4 million expansion. Trails by KOM Trails. Designed by Allford Hall Monaghan Morris. Containers also hold the welcome area and ADA restrooms. Wheelhouse on site for coffee and smoothies.
