Pump Track Rider Contest – Official Rules

1. Sponsor

Pump Track Locator, a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization Website: https://pumptracklocator.com This contest is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Instagram, Facebook, or Meta.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States
Entrants must be 18 years or older (or 13+ with parent/guardian consent)
Directors, officers, employees, and volunteers of Pump Track Locator, and their immediate family members, are not eligible
Void where prohibited by law

3. Contest Period

Starts and ends on dates announced in the official contest post on Instagram. Entries must be submitted before the published deadline.

4. How to Enter

Post a video of you riding a pump track on Instagram
Include #Pumptracklocatorcontest in the caption
Tag @pumptracklocator

One entry per person. Multiple entries will result in disqualification.

5. Judging & Winners

The 3 images/videos with the most likes on Instagram at the published deadline win
In case of a tie, winners will be selected by Pump Track Locator staff based on creativity, flow, and style
Likes from fake, bot, or purchased accounts will be voided

6. Prizes

1st Place: Custom Pump Track Locator shirt + sticker pack
2nd + 3rd Place: Pump Track Locator shirt
Prizes are non-transferable and have no cash value
Prize details may vary per contest and will be announced in the contest post

7. Winner Notification

Winners will be tagged in an Instagram Story
Contacted via Instagram DM within 48 hours of contest close
Must respond within 3 days or prize will be forfeited and awarded to the next highest-liked entry

8. Rights & Usage

By entering, you grant Pump Track Locator a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost your image / video on Instagram, our website, or other promotional channels with credit to you. You retain full ownership of your content.

9. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if fraud, technical issues, or any factor compromises fairness or integrity
Entrants agree to release Instagram, Facebook, Meta, and Pump Track Locator from any liability related to the contest
All federal, state, and local laws apply
